He possess almost 25 years of post qualification experience. He is dynamic professional having vast experience in Listing Compliances, Compliances relating to Companies Act, Corporate Actions of Listed Debt Instruments , XBRL filings , Liasoning with Various authorities etc. He has requisite skills, experience and Knowledge with respect to Company’s business, Corporate Governance and various industrial and Corporate Laws.

Mr. Arunkumar Verma (Din: 02546086) is an executive director who joined the board on 28/05/2016. Also, he is an active member of Audit Committee of the Company. He is a bachelor of commerce. He is responsible for, amongst others, the management and conduct with respect to the technical areas of the Company.

Mr. Kishore Vussonji (Din: 00444408) joined the board of directors of Krishna Ventures Limited on 28/09/2019 as an independent non executive director.

Mr. Kishore Vussonji is a qualified advocate and a bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University. He is an active member of Audit Committee, stakeholder’s relationship Committee, Nomination & remuneration Committee.

He posses great experience in the field of civil Law’s, Detailed checking of Balance sheet and Profit/loss, Bank reconciliation, Fixed Assets Verification, Consolidation of accounts, Analysis of Debtors and Creditors-Ageing, Recovery Period, Balance Confirmation Procedures and all the Statutory Compliances. Also, he is working with GSA & Associates, as Audit manager.

Ms. Shraddha Tripathi (DIN: 08779623) joined the board of directors of Krishna Ventures Limited on September 28, 2021 as an Independent Non Executive Director.

She is a qualified Company Secretary (Membership NO.-A18020), Bachelor of Commerce from Delhi University.

She possess almost 6 years of Post qualification experience. He is a qualified associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and is having 20 years of experience in the field of Finance and Business Administration. He started his career with Indian Oiltanking Limited. He was associated with reputed organizations like Essar Steel, Areva T & D India, Alstom T & D, Lloyd Group in different positions.
